I did something today that felt incredible, not just for my skin but my wellness. It was something special for me.
We mothers are so focused on our kiddos that we often let what we require slip by the way-side. As respectable and honorable as that is, it’s just not a sustainable way to live. Yes, we make sacrifices for our infants, but it’s not healthy to never invest some much required rejuvenation time on ourselves.
Naturally, as a mommy, it can be tough to discover the time (or energy) to invest on myself. Instead, my littles joined me for our DIY health spa treatment today. And it was remarkable.
