I hate when the mask touches my face and after that it appears like it breaths even less; so I designed a frame that can fit or adjust to almost all mask designs. ‘And the finest part is that you probably have actually whatever needed to make it already.

It’s time to cut the plastic. I find that the big long cuts are simpler with scissors. Keep it smooth and curved.

The inside ‘face’ holes are harder to cut so be client as an xacto knife requires a few passes to survive. Wtch your fingers!Alternatively you can use a hot knife. They warm up to really high temperature levels which can make it quicker. Mine goes to 500 degrees which did still take some pressure and time. If you have hole punches that might be another way. The shape is not that essential as long as it allows air and is not too open.
